ITOCHU strengthened Stellar Energy’s position with increased bonding and insurance capabilities, allowing Stellar Energy to develop utility scale projects. Stellar Energy is headquartered at Sonoma Mountain Village in Rohnert Park, CA and has satellite offices in Sacramento, CA and Cranbury, NJ.
